This policy explains how Lumenova handles information for the public website, waitlist, and private app development program. The mobile app is still in development, so some features described here may be limited until launch.
Information We Collect
On the public website, we collect waitlist email addresses and basic request details such as signup source and timestamps. In the app, we may collect account details such as name, email address, date of birth or age, location, profile content, interests, photos, prompts, likes, passes, matches, messages, device details, and basic usage information.
How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, verify eligibility, operate discovery and matching, deliver messages, improve safety, prevent abuse, send waitlist or product updates, and comply with legal obligations.
Email Providers
We use Resend to send waitlist confirmations, verification codes, and product update emails. We use Google Workspace for company inboxes such as hello, support, privacy, and legal addresses at joinlumenova.com.
Photos, Profiles, and Messages
Profile content may be shown to other users according to app settings and matching features. Messages are limited to mutual matches in the MVP and may be reviewed when necessary for safety, support, or legal compliance.
Analytics
The public website may use basic hosting, domain, or GoDaddy analytics to understand traffic and site performance. We do not use the public website to collect sensitive profile information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users can request account deletion from app settings or by contacting support@joinlumenova.com. The current MVP deletion path removes the user account, profile, likes and passes, matches, conversations, and messages tied to that account. We may retain limited records when needed for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations, backups, or dispute resolution.

You can ask questions, request deletion, or contact us about privacy by using the addresses on the Contact page. If you joined the waitlist and no longer want updates, contact support@joinlumenova.com.
