These terms describe the rules for using the Lumenova website, waitlist, and private app development builds. The mobile app is still in development and may change before public release.
Website and Waitlist
The public website lets visitors learn about Lumenova, join the waitlist, and contact the company. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, app availability, or a specific launch date.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use a dating service in your location. By creating an account, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, provide false profile information, or use automated tools to create accounts or interact with users.
Acceptable Use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, scam, spam, post illegal content, upload sexual or abusive material, or use the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.
Safety and Moderation
We may remove content, restrict accounts, investigate reports, or preserve records when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Private Development Builds
Development builds may contain test data, incomplete features, and temporary limitations. Do not rely on private builds as a final production service.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion through app settings or by contacting support. Some limited records may be retained where required for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution.
No Guarantee of Matches
Lumenova provides tools for discovery, matching, and messaging, but we do not guarantee matches, responses, dates, or relationship outcomes.
